How do I place my order?
Go to our SHOP tab, add the items into the shopping cart.
You can view your cart, add or remove the selected items before checkout.
Once you have made your final selection, click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’, you will be directed Personal Information page to key in your billing address.
How can I make payment for my order?
Select “Direct Bank Transfer” if you are staying in Malaysia.
Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. For international customers, select Pay Pal payment. Please note that additional PayPal merchant fees will be added to the totals via PayPal payment request. Your order will be cancelled if the funds have not cleared in our account within 24 hours after order submission.
How much is the postage fee in Malaysia?
For orders up to 0.5 kg, the postage fees are RM 8 (West Malaysia) or RM 11 (East Malaysia) by Pos Laju Malaysia. We’ll cover the shipping fee for subsequent weights after first 0.5kg.
Do you send out orders daily?
We deliver out orders on every Saturdays, 12pm (GMT +8.00). Orders received after 12pm on Saturday will be delivered on the coming week. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. We shall provide you the tracking number and you can track the postage progress from here.
How does preorder works?
Pre-order closes every Friday with payment cut off time at 11:59Am (GMT +8). Full payment must be made upon placing order so that we will place orders with our supplier. Estimated time of arrival (ETA) is estimated 14 business days to arrive at our warehouse after the pre-order is closed and is subjected to custom clearance, logistics handling and also some unforeseen delays.
IMPORTANT: Last payment is 11:59am (GMT +8) on each closing day (Friday). If payment fails to make before the closing date, all orders will be counted to the following batch (the following Fridays).
Do you provide Self Pickup or Cash on Delivery (COD)?
We are no longer provide any self pick up or cash on delivery service.
Do you accept order and ship worldwide?
Yes, we accept orders and ship overseas. We are shipping the orders via FlexiPack International (including Registered Mail services) with online tracking by Pos Malaysia. **EMS published rate is subject to fuel surcharge and handling surcharge. The posting rate will be determined by actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher.
What is the estimated days of delivery?
• PosLaju : 1-3 working days
• FlexiPack International : 4-11 working days; applies to major cities only. Delivery to area outside of major cities may incur additional days. Delivery time also is subject to custom clearance process.
• EMS : Please click here for new EMS Estimated Delivery Time and Weight Limit (Effective 1 September 2016). Applies between major cities for posting before cut-off time. Posting after cut-off time and delivery to areas outside of major cities may incur additional days. Packages are subject to customs inspection and clearance which may incur additional 2-3 working days.

We do not accommodate cancellations of orders that have been shipped. We will not refund orders due to package damage/lost/delay due to custom clearance process or delayed delivery by shipping carrier.
